The Barley Neck Inn is a small independently owned restaurant based in an old sea captain’s home in the rural village of East Orleans in the elbow of Cape Cod.
You can dine in one of their intimate dining rooms that are housed in the 1868 Sea Captain’s home or in Joe’s Beach Road Bar & Grill which originally was a barn for a more casual dining and entertainment experience.
