We are on a large country estate in a very quiet peaceful rural residential section of Cape Cod. We have nine cottages, each different, scattered over twenty acres. Our land goes down to Little Pleasant Bay where we have our own private white sandy beach. The water is warm and safe for swimming. We have a sunfish sailboat and a fiberglass dinghy rowboat on the beach for the free use of our guests. From our beach you look across the bay to some islands and the outer beach (Nauset Beach), both of which are within the authorized boundaries of the Cape Cod National Seashore. And our land goes down to Paw Wah Salt Water Pond on another side. We have left all of the edges of the property in their natural state in order to keep everything as countrified and as rural as possible.
